With our morning workout “Awakening by the Sea” or during a yoga session in the harmoniously designed yoga room with parquet flooring, a conscious start to the day is easy. The energy of the ocean can also be felt here on the directly connected terrace.

On our professional bouldering wall in the COHM’s patio, you can test your skills in free climbing. The attraction lies in the task of climbing through a sequence of holds marked by certain colours. You are always at jumping height, so no belaying is necessary. In addition, the bouldering wall also provides variety as a training tool for strengthening and stretching muscles.

Yoga classes are held multiple times a week, from Monday to Saturday, in small groups at the Center of Healthy Motion's yoga studio.
