We have been practising yoga for over 30 years as part of our health concept, incorporating it into our weekly yoga and relaxation programme, which is an integral component of our Health Programmes.

Yoga classes

Yoga classes

Yoga classes are held multiple times a week from Monday to Saturday in small groups. The level of the classes is tailored to the participants. Through dynamic and relaxing yoga led by our experienced instructors, you will achieve balance and enhance your flexibility. Additionally, private one-on-one sessions provide the opportunity to address individual needs in depth.

Awakening at the sea

Awakening at the sea

To complement your experience and ensure a mindful start to the day, we also recommend our morning workout, “Awakening by the Sea.” This session features gentle stretching and relaxation exercises with yoga elements, designed to promote balance and harmony.
