New facilities in combination with state-of-the-art training equipment await you in the new CENTRE OF HEALTHY MOTION (COHM). Our weekly fitness programme comprising healthy recreation and active relaxation during a wide range of classes run by our qualified trainers and therapists is complemented by a view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Location & Directions
Embedded between mountains and the sea, OCÉANO Hotel Health Spa is situated right on the ocean in the green north-east of Tenerife. The little town, Punta del Hidalgo, is bordering on the Anaga Biosphere Reserve and is far away from any mass tourism.
