The sea in the form of thalassotherapy plays a significant role in our treatments for relaxation and vitalisation. Water, salt and algae as well as salty sea air stimulate the metabolism and activate especially our outer shell, the skin. In the 34 °C warm Thalasso pool, you can completely surrender to relaxation and enjoy the feeling of security. Floating with gentle underwater sounds with “Ocean Healing Sound” or with “Ocean Balancing”, a deeply relaxing as well as stimulating aqua massage by a trained therapist. This is the most pleasant way to get away from it all.

To absorb the energy of the ocean and find inner balance, there is hardly a better place than our yoga space on the roof terrace. Different yoga styles, mostly hatha yoga, breathing exercises and meditation by trained yoga instructors improve flexibility and give you a new body feeling.
