Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yoga student, yoga is suitable for all those who want to take a break from everyday life and connect with their inner self. We have been practicing yoga for over 30 years as part of our health concept and are expanding this focus even further in the new OCÉANO: with our experienced yoga teachers, with new rooms and a “yoga space” on the roof terrace with a view over the ocean.

Find your personal time-out with our weekly yoga programme “YOGA ESCAPE”. Take a deep breath, relax and recharge with intensive yoga training in the group and in individual classes, combined with beneficial Ayurveda treatments and a balanced diet.

Daily yoga sessions

Daily yoga sessions are offered Mondays through Fridays in a small group setting. We practice Hatha Yoga for beginners as well as for experienced yogis. The level of the classes depends on the participants. With dynamic and relaxing yoga under the guidance of our experienced yoga instructors, you will restore your inner balance and improve your flexibility.

Awakening by the sea

In addition, we recommend our morning workout “Awakening by the sea” to start your day with a deeper awareness. Light stretching and relaxation exercises with yoga elements contribute to inner balance and harmony.
