In our thalassotherapy treatments, the elements of seawater, marine minerals, sea air and algae are purposefully combined with state-of-the-art technology to support regeneration and restore vitality. In addition, the seawater and maritime climate stimulate circulation and metabolism. Muscles and joints are strengthened, discomfort is eased, oxygen absorption is improved and regeneration is enhanced.

From the sauna straight into the Atlantic
Located directly in the open sea in front of the hotel, with direct access from the pool garden, is the natural seawater pool Piscina Natural Punta del Hidalgo. This protected seawater pool is perfect for swimming or for cooling down after a sauna session at the OCÉANO Health Spa. A spectacular experience: when, during heavy swell, the waves spill into the pool.

Seawater is the natural environment of life – experience, enjoy and feel how perfectly it suits you with us. While swimming in our infinity pool, you can glide through the water with uninterrupted views across the Atlantic. Deep relaxation and a sense of weightlessness await you in the indoor thalasso pool. For both pools, mineral-rich seawater is brought directly into the hotel through our own dedicated supply line.

On Top of Northern Tenerife
The fantastic view from the rooftop terrace of OCÉANO over the Atlantic to the foothills of the Anaga Mountains, with the Teide volcano in the background, is a pure wellness treat for all senses and worth a trip to Tenerife on its own. For sun lovers, the secluded sun deck with inviting beach chairs is a welcome retreat to relax and listen to the sounds of the Atlantic. Right next door is the covered yoga space, where every morning a gentle workout takes place. Light stretching and relaxation exercises with yoga elements contribute to balance and harmony.
