Spacious rooms, always designed in correspondence with the natural surroundings of mountains and sea, create a unique atmosphere. The sauna area, as elegant as it is intimate, is a unique combination of wellness with the freshness of the Atlantic and is made for all-round well-being. Several saunas, plunge pools and relaxation zones, a steam bath and an infrared cabin invite you to rest and deeply relax. To cool down, the exit in the garden takes you directly to the Piscina Natural, the sheltered sea swimming pool at the foot of the OCÉANO.

Sea water is the natural environment of life – experience, enjoy and feel it with us as it suits you. Directly in front of the hotel in the open sea or protected from the waves in the public sea swimming pool. Take a dip in our infinity pool and enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean. Deep relaxation and a feeling of weightlessness can be experienced in the indoor Thalasso pool. For both pools, we bring the mineral-rich seawater directly into the house via our own pipeline.

In our thalasso treatments, the elements of seawater, seabed, sea air, and algae are used in combination with the latest technology to regenerate and rejuvenate. The seawater and climate also stimulate circulation and metabolism. Muscles and joints are strengthened, ailments alleviated, oxygen intake and regeneration improved.

Directly in front of the hotel, with direct access from the pool garden, is the Piscina Natural Punta del Hidalgo. The sheltered seawater pool is a great place to swim or cool off after a sauna session at the OCÉANO Health Spa. Spectacular: when the waves crash into the pool during high surf.

On Top of Northern Tenerife
The fantastic view from the rooftop terrace of OCÉANO over the Atlantic to the foothills of the Anaga Mountains, with the Teide volcano in the background, is a pure wellness treat for all senses and worth a trip to Tenerife on its own. For sun lovers, the secluded sun deck with inviting beach chairs is a welcome retreat to relax and listen to the sounds of the Atlantic. Right next door is the covered yoga space, where every morning a gentle workout takes place. Light stretching and relaxation exercises with yoga elements contribute to balance and harmony.
