SELF-CARE AT THE SEA – feel yourself again during an intensive time-out in unique nature and absorb the energy of the sea. In the powerful surroundings of the OCÉANO with a view of the Atlantic Ocean and under the expert guidance and accompaniment of our experienced yoga teachers, you will easily succeed in leaving everyday life behind and concentrating entirely on yourself.
The 5-day programme is varied and includes numerous yoga classes as well as two meditation and anti-stress workshops. In the daily yoga classes in different styles, including Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, you will have the opportunity to deepen and renew your yoga practice. You will also be pampered in our spa with two Ayurvedic massages to rest your body and mind.

We have an experienced team of teachers that are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga. Each of them are specialised in different styles of yoga with its own strengths and skills. In this way, you will have the opportunity to authentically experience both the dynamic and the meditative style of yoga.
The programme of our yoga retreat is suitable for both yoga beginners and yoga practitioners. The maximum number of participants is 16. All classes are held in english and take place over 5 days from Sunday, 16.10. to Friday, 21.10.2022. One day of this week is at your free disposal and can be used for further activities at the hotel or to explore the island.

We start each day with an invigorating 75 minute Vinyasa yoga session for an energetic start to the day.
Through guided meditation at the beginning of the class, you will find clarity and focus for your mind to start the day full of energy.
*On two days of the retreat, we will introduce you to different meditation techniques after breakfast and show you ways to reduce stress through yoga in a two-hour customised workshop.
The afternoon yoga class focuses on calming the body and mind and providing a sense of grounding.
In addition to the yoga sessions, 2 Abhyanga treatments (Ayurvedic full body massages) are included in the package price. Furthermore, all yoga sessions also include meditation and pranayama sessions.
Note: We implement the distance and hygiene rules for protection from Covid-19 with the utmost care. Of course, physical distance is also maintained during yoga sessions and workshops. You can find more information about our health & hygiene concept at the bottom of this page.

The OCÉANO Yoga Retreat can be booked from 15.10.-22.10.2022 including all listed services. Extension days before or after the retreat are possible on request with our reservation.
We bear responsibility for your and our health and implement the distance and hygiene measures with the utmost care. So you can enjoy your time out by the sea in the protected atmosphere of our house, generously equipped with plenty of space and individual retreats carefree. Currently, almost all facilities of the hotel are open and can be used with minor restrictions or limited numbers of people.
